We collect only the minimum data required to deliver our core resume services:

  • Profile & Resume Information: Details you provide voluntarily in your master profile (such as name, email, phone, work experiences, education, and skills) to populate your resume.
  • Authentication Information: When you sign in with Google OAuth or email, we receive your email and unique user ID to authenticate your session and manage your usage credits.
  • Job Post Content: Public job descriptions extracted strictly upon your explicit action when clicking "Analyze Job".

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To compare your skills against job listings and calculate match scores.
  • To generate tailored ATS-compliant resumes in the format and design of your choice.
  • To maintain user accounts, authenticate logins, and manage credit quotas.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your master profile and session data are stored locally in your browser's secure storage (chrome.storage.local / localStorage). Backend API interactions are encrypted via industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

5. Third-Party Disclosures & Non-Sale of Data

We strictly certify that:

  • We do not sell or monetize user data.
  • We do not transfer user data for advertising, credit scoring, or lending purposes.
  • We do not track your browsing history or collect information from web pages unrelated to the specific job listing you choose to analyze.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can edit, update, or permanently delete your profile data at any time directly through the extension interface or by logging out and uninstalling the extension.
